We run the certified organic Bono rye berries grown on Janie’s Farm through our hot roller/flaker to create these wholesome hearty flakes that are perfect for your favorite granola or for baking or brewing.
Although they are made from rye berries, you may also use them as you would non-instant rolled oats, for a hot breakfast cereal, cookies, breads, and other baked goods.
