This 2021 Ocean Eight Pinot Noir is another fine example of Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir offering excellent fruit weight and intensity. There’s plenty of raspberry, red cherry and plum flavours that are beautifully balanced by subtle oak and forest-floor complexity.
